What is EventLink?

How does AI event planning work?

You answer three quick questions about your event. EventLink returns an actionable plan in seconds, then keeps adapting it — the checklist evolves as tasks get completed, and the AI Copilot raises milestones and warnings as the date approaches instead of waiting to be asked.

Is EventLink free?

Yes. The Standard plan is free and covers two active events, with AI planning, the adaptive task flow, the AI Copilot, task and checklist tracking, team assignments and approvals, and post-event insights. Premium is $29 per month and adds more active events, more AI usage, and up to five workspace members.

What kinds of events is EventLink for?

Workshops, volunteer drives, student and university events, private parties, corporate events, and community gatherings. It is built for the person coordinating other people — anywhere the hard part is not the day itself but the weeks leading up to it.

Can my team work in EventLink together?

Yes. Tasks are assigned to people, work runs through an approver, and contributions are tracked so the post-event debrief reflects who actually did what. Premium invites up to five workspace members; the Organisation plan is for schools, companies and institutions that need more.

Does EventLink work in Thai?

Yes. EventLink is available in English and Thai, and you can switch between them at any time. EventLink is built in Bangkok.
